Data Processing Agreement

1. Parties

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") is entered into between:

• Data Controller: You, the user of SpamOwl services
• Data Processor: Datasoft Solutions Ltd., a company registered in the Netherlands

2. Subject Matter

This DPA governs the processing of personal data by Datasoft Solutions Ltd. on behalf of the Data Controller in connection with the SpamOwl email deliverability checking service.

3. Types of Data Processed

• Domain names submitted for analysis
• Email addresses (when voluntarily provided)
• DNS record information (publicly available)

4. Processing Purpose

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of providing email deliverability analysis and related services as requested by the Data Controller.

5. Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL)
• Secure data storage in EU-based data centers
• Access controls and authentication
• Regular security assessments

6. Sub-processors

We use the following sub-processors:

• Google Firebase: Data storage (EU region)
• Vercel: Application hosting

7. Data Subject Rights

We will assist the Data Controller in responding to requests from data subjects exercising their rights under GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, and portability requests.
